1. OPEN: Unlock chair by releasing yellow tab found on the side. Place chair on its side and unfold legs. Stand upright on chair legs to sit.
2. RECLINE: Pull up on both armrests by your finger tips to recline back 2 positions. Pull up on back rest to sit forward.
3. CLOSE: Place chair on side and fold legs in. Lock yellow tab before carrying.

SUNFLOW offers a One-Year Limited Warranty for all orders placed on or after March 1, 2025. Orders placed prior to March 1, 2025, will continue to be covered by the warranty in place at the time of your purchase.

Please evaluate your SUNFLOW products inside your home to make a return decision. Once your products are used outdoors, we cannot accept them for return. We accept returns for items in their original unused condition, with all tags attached in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email returns@getsunflow.com with your order number and the reason for return. Full-price unused merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full product refund minus $30 Austrian Dollars per chair shipping cost for the return shipping.

Upon receipt of returned goods, SUNFLOW reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Items purchased at any other stores or websites may not be returned to getsunflow.com.Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for purchase within seven business days of receiving your return for check-in.
