We are looking for a versatile and enthusiastic Retail & Marketing Associate to join our team. This role offers a unique blend of in-store customer interaction and remote work, focusing on merchandising, marketing projects, social media content creation, and event activations both on and off-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and handling transactions efficiently.
  • Merchandising: Assist in setting up and maintaining attractive in-store displays to enhance the shopping experience and promote featured products.
  • Marketing Projects: Support marketing initiatives by contributing to promotional campaigns, email newsletters, and other marketing efforts.
  • Social Media Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, to promote products, events, and store news.
  • Activations and Pop-Ups: Help plan, organize, and execute in-store and off-site events such as pop-up shops and brand activations to drive traffic and sales.
  • Remote Work: Perform remote tasks, such as updating product listings, managing social media accounts, and coordinating with the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Creative and proactive approach to marketing and merchandising.
    • Flexibility to work both in-store and remotely as needed.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
